What you will need for this recipe is :
- 1/2 lb of beef cut in thin strips,
- 2 onions cut in 8 pieces,
- 1 head of broccoli just the flowerets,
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce,
- 2 teaspoons of corn starch mixed in ½ cup of water, and
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
To prepare this, Beef Stir Fry, you will need to stir fry the round steak in the vegetable oil in the wok until the meat is not pink, and then remove the round steak.
Now, stir fry the onions and broccoli, until the onions are translucent and the broccoli is tender. Not soft and mushy, just tender.
Add the round steak back into the wok with the onions and broccoli. Mix the oyster sauce with the cornstarch mixture. Now, you can add this mixture to the wok.
